How To Order
Building your custom carbon steering wheel is simple — here's how it works from start to finish.
1. Choose Your Configuration
Select your options directly on the product page:
- Wheel Shape
- Leather Style (sides of wheel)
- Top Strip
- Stitching Color
- Material Style (top & bottom)
- Airbag Cover, includes leather type, color, stitching, and logo color
- Trim Style — includes trim logo
- LED Display Strip (optional)
Add any extra requests in the comments box — if you want something specific that's not listed, let us know.
2. Confirm Your Vehicle
Enter your vehicle's make, model, and year. This is required so our team can confirm your wheel will be 100% compatible before production begins. You can also upload a photo of your current steering wheel (optional) to help us match everything precisely.
3. Payment
Once your configuration and vehicle details are confirmed, full payment is required before production begins.
4. We Build Your Wheel
Every wheel is made to order — nothing is built until your configuration is confirmed and payment is received. Production and delivery takes 3–4 weeks from that point.
5. Shipping
Once your wheel is complete, it's packaged and shipped with tracking provided.

How long does shipping take?
Your wheel is built to order, so total time from order to delivery is 3–4 weeks (this includes production).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery is included in that same 3–4 week window.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free, worldwide.
Will I get tracking?
Yes — once your wheel ships, you'll receive a tracking number by [email/SMS/WhatsApp] so you can follow it the whole way.
Does someone need to sign for delivery?
Depending on your location and courier, some deliveries may require a signature. Full delivery instructions will be included with your tracking details.
What if my wheel arrives damaged?
Every wheel is inspected before it leaves us. If it arrives damaged in transit, contact us within [7 days] with photos and we'll sort a repair, replacement, or refund — covered under our shipping guarantee.
Compatibility
How do you confirm my wheel will fit my car?
Once you submit your order with your vehicle's make, model, and year, our team manually reviews it before production begins. If we have any concerns about compatibility, we'll contact you before your wheel goes into production — not after.
What if my car isn't compatible after I've paid?
If our team identifies a compatibility issue during review, you'll receive a full refund before production starts, since no work has begun on your wheel at that point.
Do I get to see a preview before it's built?
Once your wheel is complete, we send you photos of the finished build for your inspection. You'll need to give the green light before it ships.
What if my wheel arrives damaged or with an issue?
Every wheel is inspected before shipping. If your wheel arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, contact us with photos and we'll arrange a replacement.
Is there a warranty?
Your wheel is covered for 1 year against stitching or material defects under normal use. This does not cover damage from improper installation or misuse.
